It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good

The location is excellent with easy access to a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff is generally helpful, providing efficient service.

Unfortunately, noise from the bar downstairs disrupted sleep, and rooms lacked proper soundproofing, which was disappointing.

The room featured a large shower with exceptional water pressure, providing a refreshing experience. Great atmosphere for a weekend break, making it comfortable to unwind after a day of exploration.

Some mornings turned into a game of luck trying to get enough hot water in the shower, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the elevators were painfully slow, leading to lengthy waits and bottlenecks at peak times.

inadequate facilities

absolutely no iron or hair dryer in the room, how am i supposed to look presentable? the gym was so cramped it woudl ve been more pleasant to work out in the hallway! all i wanted was a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, and it feels like they forgot i exist. very unimpressed!

great proximity to dining and parks makes this a top stay

The location is fantastic, just minutes away from Parque 93 for leisurely strolls and surrounded by amazing eateries like La Lucha Sangucheria Criolla, perfect for my weekend explorations. the staff was generally helpful, always ready with great local dining recommendations.
